The premise
Candy’s synopsis keeps it simple. A new priest arrives at a small-town church and finds himself tempted by a young, college-aged parishioner. Torn between his vows and his attraction to her, he enters into an illicit affair, one that could cost him his flock.
Why this new series is absolutely wild
Most taboo stories on Candy play out inside a family home. This one moves the forbidden part into a church, where the man who is supposed to hear confessions ends up with the biggest one to make. In a small town, everyone knows the new priest, and everyone would notice.
The poster makes the temptation literal: the young woman, in a sheer pale-blue dress, holds on to the black cassock of a priest whose hand grips a rosary, with candles and wooden pews behind them. It is one of the boldest images in the current catalogue, and it sets the tone before the first episode starts.
Are the unlocked episodes worth the tokens?
Episodes 1 and 2 are free, enough to see whether the forbidden-priest premise works for you. The rest of the story sits in the three locked episodes, at 12 tokens each. That makes 36 tokens to reach the end, about $1.44 on a yearly plan, $3.24 on a quarterly one or $5.04 on a monthly one.
For a story built on one line that should never be crossed, the unlocked episodes are well worth the tokens: they are where the vows give way, and no complete series on Candy costs less. The 100 tokens in a month of any plan cover this one and another standard series, with 28 left. Our token price breakdown compares the plans.
Who will love it
- Watch it if you like religious taboo, broken vows, slow-burning temptation and a man of the cloth who cannot resist a younger parishioner.
- Look elsewhere if religious settings put you off or you want a known level of intensity: we have not rated it on our explicitness scale yet, and Candy has added no theme tags beyond New.

For a strict Catholic setting with a stepsibling twist, Pine Ridge: Hidden Secrets takes place at a Catholic university, at the same price. More picks are on our list of the best Candy AI Shorts.
Verdict
Forgive Me, Father is one of the newest series on Candy and one of its most daring premises: a priest, a parishioner and vows that do not hold. This new series is absolutely wild, and at 36 tokens it is an easy call. Watch the two free episodes, and if the temptation hooks you, the three unlocked episodes deserve every token.
