Premise
Sp00kybby, as the lead calls herself, has landed in hot water. Private content of hers has leaked, and as punishment she is moved to Pine Ridge, a Catholic university run on strict rules. Her only steady link to home is a stepbrother who drops by weekly, and those visits soon stop being innocent.
Why it stands out
Contrast is layered into the premise: an internet persona dropped onto a conservative campus, a bratty heroine surrounded by rules, and a relative who is meant to be watching over her. The result has more texture than a stepsibling story staged at home, and the school setting brings its own danger of discovery.
Starting with the leak is a neat bit of backstory, too. It accounts for her being there and suggests someone who shrugs off consequences, and the three Candy tags (Nympho, Sister and Taboo) point in that direction as well.
What holds it back
Despite the setup, the synopsis is brief. It explains how she arrived at Pine Ridge and who comes to see her, yet says nothing about what the university contributes beyond scenery, whether anyone on campus matters, or where the secret goes. With five episodes, the campus may never become more than a backdrop.
