Things we can help with

• A number that has drifted from what Candy shows: an episode total, a token price, a vanished series or a new release we have yet to list.
• A review or rating you think is wrong. Name the series and the episode that made you see it differently.
• Questions about an image on this site, rights and removal requests included. Tell us the page address, which image you mean and on whose behalf you are writing.

Things outside our reach

We run an independent review site and have nothing to do with Candy’s support desk. Candy accounts and payments are closed to us, so resetting passwords, canceling plans, issuing refunds or restoring unlocked episodes is not something we can do. For all of those, go to the help section in the Candy app.
