The premise
Candy’s synopsis sets it all up in one line. A 37-year-old stepmother has a work trip planned with her husband, and when he cancels she takes her 20-year-old stepson instead. Away from home, the attraction between them explodes into steamy hotel encounters, right up until the husband arrives unannounced.
A members-only series
Accident with my Stepmom is one of the titles Candy keeps behind its sign-in: guests who open the link land back on the Candy Shorts home page, and the series does not show in the public catalogue. Candy marks it Spicy, its label for the Adult tag, which every members-only series carries. Why this new series is absolutely wild
It takes the most popular setup on Candy, the stepmom and the stepson, and moves it out of the family home into a hotel on a work trip, where nobody knows them and every door locks. The husband cancelling is what opens the door, and the husband turning up is the bomb the whole series is built to drop.
It is also twice the usual length. Most Candy series stop at five episodes; this one runs ten, which gives the story room to build from a first accident to a full affair before the surprise visit. The poster says the rest: the stepmom in a silver satin robe, caught wide-eyed at the worst possible moment.
Are the unlocked episodes worth the tokens?
Episodes 1 and 2 are free and set up the trip. The other eight are locked at 30 tokens each, the same rate Candy charges on its licensed-performer series, although no performer stars here. That makes 240 tokens to reach the end: about $9.60 on a yearly plan, $21.60 on a quarterly one or $33.60 on a monthly one.
It is not a cheap series, but it is a long one, and the unlocked episodes are well worth the tokens if the premise is your thing: they cover the whole affair and the husband’s arrival, the payoff the title promises.
